Position Available: Education Consultant

Salary based on experience — Base salary + Bonus and incentive

Role & Responsibility

  • Provide accurate and customised academic advice and individual consultation to international students
  • Devise optimal study plans as well as offer alternative options for students in accordance with their essential needs and ultimate prospects
  • Respond to students' queries and concerns
  • Assist with students' application and enrolment processes
  • Provide and coordinate a range of support services for students including visa and migration assistance
  • Take in-house training and ongoing self-learning to equip oneself with a comprehensive knowledge database
  • Maintain a sustainable and mutually supportive relationship with Australian higher education providers
  • Be sensitive to and up-to-date with industry information
  • Professionally present as a reliable education consultant
  • Participate in different marketing events and activities
  • Identify every potential client and achieve a high conversion rate

Requirements

  • High qualification in any field
  • Experience in a relevant field is preferred
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
